This policy explains what PrintFlashy (Joshua David Lawless, doing business as Hot Diggity Digital) collects when you use printflashy.com, and what we do with it. Short version: we collect what we need to make and ship your order, and nothing else. We never sell your information.

What we collect

  • Order details: the products and options you choose, your artwork files and your notes.
  • Contact details: your name, business name, email address and phone number.
  • Shipping details: the address you want your order delivered to.
  • Payment: payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Basic site data: like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and running.

How we use it

We use your information only to:

  • price, produce, ship and support your order;
  • contact you about your order or your file;
  • answer questions you send us;
  • keep records the law requires, such as tax records.

We do not use your information for any other purpose, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.

The Flash List

When you join the Flash List, you give us your email address. Here is our promise about it:

  • We use it only to send your first-order code and PrintFlashy deals.
  • We never sell, rent, trade or share it with any other business, now or ever.
  • No partner offers and no "lists" passed along. The only outside company that touches it is our email provider, which delivers our messages.
  • If PrintFlashy is ever sold or merged, this promise stays with your email.
  • You can leave anytime: reply "unsubscribe" to any of our emails and we take you off the list.

Who we share it with

  • Our production partner, which prints and ships your order. They receive your order details, artwork, contact information and shipping address, and may use them only to fulfill your order.
  • Shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx or USPS, to deliver your order.
  • Our payment processor, to take your payment securely.
  • Our email and hosting providers, which carry our messages and run this website.
  • Authorities, only when the law requires it.

We never sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Your artwork

Your files belong to you. We use them only to produce your order and keep them so reorders are easy. Ask us at any time and we will delete them.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for your orders and as long as tax and business laws require. You can ask us to delete your information, and we will, except for records we must keep by law.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Children

This site is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
